Privacy Policy

Teldrav LLC designed the Teldrav app to work without accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud-based profiles. This policy explains the limited information handled by the App and this website.

Last updated September 28, 2026

1. Who we are

Teldrav LLC is a Utah limited liability company. In this policy, “Teldrav,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Teldrav LLC. “App” refers to the Teldrav mobile application.

2. Information handled by the App

The App does not require an account. Except for beta diagnostics described below, the App does not send your charger settings, phone battery information, or App activity to Teldrav or third parties.

  • Bluetooth: The App uses Bluetooth to discover, connect to, and communicate with a Teldrav device.
  • Charge settings: Settings you create are stored locally on your phone and the connected Teldrav device.
  • Battery monitoring: The App monitors your phone’s battery status, including through permitted background activity, so it can support the charging behavior you configure. This information remains on your phone and connected device except for battery state included in beta diagnostics as described in Section 3.

The App does not use your location or notifications. It does not contain advertising or analytics.

3. Beta diagnostics

Pre-release and beta versions of the App automatically send development logs to Teldrav through Grafana, our hosted logging service provider. These logs may include the device model, Bluetooth device MAC addresses, phone battery state, Bluetooth connection and communication events, charger charge state, and technical information about the charger’s internal operation, including communications between its components.

Teldrav uses these logs only to identify errors, troubleshoot connectivity and charging behavior, evaluate reliability, and improve the App and charger during development. Beta diagnostic logs are not used for advertising or profiling and are retained for 30 days.

4. Website information

Teldrav.com does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies. Like most internet services, the systems used to deliver the website may temporarily process ordinary technical information, such as an IP address and request details, for security and reliable operation. Teldrav does not use that information to build profiles or advertise to you.

5. Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, provide support, improve our products, and maintain appropriate business records. Email providers may process these communications on our behalf. Please do not send information that is not needed for your request.

6. Sharing and selling information

Teldrav does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Grafana processes beta diagnostic logs as a service provider for Teldrav. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to other service providers that help us operate our business under appropriate obligations.

7. Retention and deletion

App settings remain on your phone and Teldrav device until you change them, remove the App, reset the device, or otherwise delete them through the relevant device controls. Beta diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days. We retain support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of support information by contacting us.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information we receive. Information stored locally is also subject to the security of your phone and Teldrav device. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed or marketed to children. The App does not require an account. Beta versions handle diagnostic information as described in Section 3. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support communication or beta diagnostic log, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App and our practices change. The last-updated date near the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
